I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC). I graduated with my Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. My specialty is in providing therapy to children, adolescents, and families. I have experience with oppositional defiance, behavioral issues, trauma, bipolar disorder, anxiety, depression, and many other diagnoses and challenges in life. I primarily utilize techniques associated with rational emotive behavioral therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy that aim to help you become the most authentic version of yourself through a guided process that will help you understand the relationship between core beliefs, thoughts, and behaviors.
