My role is to help you gain clarity, reduce depression symptoms, and provide guidance. Over the past 25 years I have been blessed to have worked in various environments helping people get past their concerns, overcome their fears, and increase their functioning in life. I have worked with individuals, families, and groups, of all ages, suffering with addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma, aging complications, caregiver strain, relationship strain, and a host of other barriers. As far as I can remember, I was taught to listen, never judge, and help. I am passionate in helping you find a solution to live a productive life.
I myself grew up in a negative environment filled with poverty, violence, and trauma but I worked extremely hard and surpassed many hurdles to be in a position to offer the same insights to those that are seeking help in their own journey in life. I am a great listener, passionate, humble, and non-judgmental which allows me to be successful in helping you.
You found me, which means that you have already taken the first step. As long as you’re committed to improvement, I will be with you every step of the way! I will work with you as a listener, supporter, and idea generator in order to help you accomplish the goals you set for yourself. I will not give up on you or take your issue lightly.
