I specialize in working with children and teens who have experienced trauma, big emotions, or difficult life changes. My approach is grounded in compassion, play, and a deep belief that every child has the capacity to heal when given the right support.
In our work together, I use TraumaPlay, TF-CBT, somatic regulation techniques, and mindfulness-based coping skills to help children understand their feelings, build confidence, and reconnect with a sense of safety. I meet each child exactly where they are—through play, creative expression, movement, and gentle conversations that never push past their readiness.
I graduated with a Bachelor's in Psychology from Edward Waters University and a Master's in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling and Community Inclusion from Wayne State University.
