The process of therapy is unique to each person. I see therapy as a relationship between myself and my clients that helps support growth, healing and understanding. I understand that each client has different needs and different ways in which they would like to engage in therapy. My goal is to bring my authentic self; weird, jovial, playful, and direct, to the relationship and to allow for those different needs to be met. Through our interactions, processing difficult topics, laughter, and tears I believe that healing happens.

My style is direct and compassionate. I think that therapy should not be a mystery but it should be a collaboration between me and my clients. I am a good fit for people who want to engage in back and forth dialogue, who like to be gently challenged, and who want a place they can discuss any topic and know it will be met with compassion and acceptance.

Processing Religious Trauma
This 5 week group, starting July 19th, is a judgment-free zone to unpack the baggage from harmful religious experiences. Figure out what healing looks like for you-whether that's rediscovering faith, exploring spirituality, or jest enjoying Sundays without guilt. All beliefs (or non-beliefs) welcome. Lead by Dawn Myers and Jason Morse, marriage and family counseling graduate interns.
