Life is not without its challenges. Therapeutic approaches can help identify harmful thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that have adversely impacted one's life and work purposefully to improve one's quality of life.
I am a BIPOC therapist whose main objective is to create and maintain a safe therapeutic space for the BIPOC community. I'm an actively engaged clinician who is enthusiastic about this work. You will never feel alone in my "office." I will be there with you, completely present, actively listening, sharing insights, and offering suggestions to assist you.
While psychotherapy is transformative, it is not easy. Confronting your pain, trauma, and shame is very uncomfortable. You should partner with me because of the challenging work that awaits you; you deserve a psychotherapist like me by your side, excited to be in the weeds with you, believing all the while that change is indeed possible! When you win, I win!

I specialize in using several different types of therapy in my practice: CBT, EMDR, and DBT. In our initial sessions, we'll explore why you've decided to seek therapy, and based on our discussions, I'll select the best treatment modality for your needs for your needs. If we determine that negative thought patterns are affecting your perception, I'll work with you to challenge those thoughts.
