I am interested in working with clients who are willing to explore how their past experiences have informed their present thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. My hope is to support you in building the confidence and skills needed to trust yourself and shift patterns that are no longer serving you. Many clients struggle with relational wounds, and together we'll process these to foster corrective emotional experiences and positive life and brain changes.
I focus on long-term and short-term evidence-based treatment for trauma, mood disorders, and anxiety disorders, specializing in work with queer and neurodivergent folks. My approach is grounded in Attachment Theory, incorporating both mind and body to build awareness and understanding of your emotions, thoughts, behaviors, and experiences.

OCD Skills Group - Fall 2026
Birchwood Counseling is offering a 9-week virtual OCD Skills Group starting around November 30, 2026, designed for individuals experiencing obsessions and compulsions who are impacted by OCD. Meetings will take place online via Google Meet on Mondays from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM. Sessions covered by OHP - Trillium, CareOregon, Kaiser, PacificSource Commercial, Regence BlueCross BlueShield (BCBS), and MODA Health. $81 per session for Out of Network with some sliding scale spots available.
