Well, I’m classically trained, but I’ve come to learn that traditional mental health therapy is often a vehicle for addressing one's past, rather then focusing on the here and now. My practice is approachable, without feeling intimidating. In our time together, we will determine and identify your road blocks. From there, you can look forward to creating actionable next steps. As your coach my goal is to empower you & create a Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Time-limited plan.
