Life can be challenging and difficult, but it doesn't have to be managed on your own. Therapy can be a safe, nonjudgemental space to process, heal, and grow. I believe that therapy can empower people to be the best that they can be and that every person deserves unconditional support and therapeutic validation. If you think we'd be a good fit, it will be my job to empower you to make the changes you want to see for yourself, support you along your mental health journey, and celebrate all sizes of your successes. My approach is individualized to each client, as each person is different, and there is no therapy "one-size fits all."
