Welcome! I've been providing mental health services in a variety of indoor and and outdoor settings since 2008. My experiences have taught me that humans are reliably more capable than we give ourselves credit for- but feeling overwhelmed, worthless, hopeless, or stuck often gets in the way of increasing our own quality of life. Luckily, there are also many reliable ways for us to get unstuck.
My passion for working alongside clients has only increased in the last 15 years of providing experiential and interpersonal therapy services for individuals and families. Along with office visits, I provide support in the method that works best for you, including telehealth services or experiential counseling via family or couples camping trips.
