My journey into this work is both personal and professional. Becoming a mother shifted my entire perspective—deepening my empathy, sharpening my purpose, and opening my heart to the many ways women need and deserve support. While my education and clinical training have shaped my expertise, it’s my lived experience that fuels my passion.
I am a mother to children on earth and in the stars. I’ve walked through infertility, grief, identity shifts, and healing. These experiences have shown me how layered, complex, and powerful a woman’s story can be.
I have extensive training and certification as a perinatal mental health specialist (PMH-C) by Postpartum Support International, I bring a compassionate approach to my practice. My expertise extends to postpartum obsessive compulsive disorder, perinatal grief and loss, and I am dedicated to supporting individuals during pregnancy after loss.
My practice is a space for all women, in every stage and circumstance of life. I’m here to help you feel seen, affirmed, and supported as you work toward healing, clarity, and strength.
