I can teach you strategies to manage the overwhelm, set boundaries & build assertiveness. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) may help you to manage trauma and anxiety symptoms. I also teach trauma, stress & anxiety management with grounding & relaxation strategies, organizational strategies & emotional regulation.

I often utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in Sessions. In your first session I assess what brought you to therapy and evaluate your symptoms. We begin to look at your trauma history slowly so as not to overwhelm you.
