I am accepting new telehealth clients in PA and NM. Many clients I see are struggling with grief and loss. Whether that's the death a person or non-traditional loss, such as loss of innocence, trust, or even a pet. Working together, we will help you incorporate healthy coping strategies to replace unhealthful thoughts and behaviors. I use a holistic lens to support the growth of each indiviudal form a mind,body, spirit perspective. Many of my clients are seeking deeper healing and pathways to self-love and acceptance. Together, we work to learn from moments of pain and find resilience in the face of the greatest challenges.
As a holistic practitioner I emphasize the importance of understanding the entirety of a person through attention to values and inner parts of self to find an intentional purpose and resiliency. This approach allows all pieces of self to have space to be heard and understood. Overall wellness becomes the focus for healing and therapeutic goals.
I enjoy helping people find their true self and authenticity. I want clients to find their voice and eliminate blocks to living their truth so they can feel empowered. By accepting change and loss, they live more openly. By allowing for things to be a process, they move into a more balanced way of accepting life's constant changes and challenges.
