Many of us move through life feeling stuck in patterns we can’t seem to break—anxiety, self-doubt, perfectionism, relationship struggles, burnout, people-pleasing, or the quiet feeling that no matter how much we do, it never feels like enough. Our nervous systems are wired to scan for threat, and when we’ve lived in survival mode for long enough, it can become difficult to imagine a life that feels calm, connected, and genuinely fulfilling.

Therapy is a space to slow down, get curious, and untangle the patterns keeping you stuck. I specialize in trauma-informed therapy with a focus on EMDR, helping clients process painful experiences, shift negative beliefs, and create lasting change. Healing begins when old survival patterns no longer run your life.

I believe healing happens through safety, honesty, and genuine connection. My approach is warm, direct, and relational, helping you feel seen, supported, and gently challenged. You are not too much, not behind, and you do not have to figure it all out alone. I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
