About
Hello! I am an Associate Professional Counselor. In my time working as a counselor, I have come to the belief that we all have the capability to identify where our lives are not as we would like them to be, and taking steps to either make changes or learn to cope with those issues. As we work together, we will identify your goal and take steps to move as close to making that a reality as possible.
As a reality therapist, I enjoy helping others to find their capability to identify their strengths and solutions so their world is one where they can live their lives fully. I believe in identifying what behaviors have not been working and identifying new solutions to implement to move forward and grow in the situation.
Therapy has the potential to help with moving forward in a positive direction and with building a positive worldview. I believe making change is possible for everyone. I look forward to partnering with you.
