Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia, and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. In my time working as a counselor, I have become passionate about helping others to believe they have the right and ability to learn skills to manage and process their feelings about past hurts, traumas, and emotional wounds. Much of our current outlook is tied to these past events. I work with those with anxiety, depression, and trauma to explore the source of those symptoms, and work to change the way it affects them.
As a reality therapist, I enjoy helping others to find their capability to identify their strengths and solutions so their world is one where they can live their lives fully. I believe in identifying what behaviors have not been working and identifying new solutions to implement to move forward and grow in the situation.
