I have experience working with many mental health disorders, but I specialize in ADHD because I live with it, myself. I use my professional expertise alongside my own experiences to help guide you to understand your own mind. I will meet you without judgement and with complete empathy, devoid of the shame and guilt that rules the inner world of ADHD.
