Beginning therapy is a deeply personal, courageous decision. Whether it is your first time seeking treatment, or you are looking for a change, I am here to work with you to create a happier, more fulfilling life. I believe building a strong therapeutic relationship is a critical foundation for future change. As such, I strive to provide warmth and empathy while utilizing an open, non-judgmental style. I also believe therapy should be a collaborative process, and will work with together with you as a partner in your treatment journey. I use this collaborative style with everyone I work with, from young children and teens to adults.
I hope to provide you with a safe, supportive space, allowing you to grow and heal. I utilize Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and specialize in anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), school refusal, panic, depression, and stress management. I will help you identify goals, develop coping skills, establish hope, and feel empowered.
I am dually licensed in CA and IN. I provide in-person and telehealth services in our San Clemente offices, and telehealth to clients in IN. I also have other providers at my practice who each provide excellent CBT for children, teens, and adults, who support when my schedule is full. Please note the fees listed here are averages and fees vary per provider.
