I am a Resident in Counseling with 2 years of experience. I have worked with teens and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, ADHD, and life transitions. I utilize a client-centered approach to meet my clients where they are while providing a kind, safe, and gently challenging space to help them understand themselves and grow.
I have a Master’s in Forensic Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. I use emotionally focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, attachment-based therapy, art therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, and mindfulness techniques.
Intense feelings can be difficult to manage on your own, and there is nothing wrong with needing help. I am here to build and foster skills, motivation, and the desire to make positive changes.
