I am a Master's level LPCC who works with children ages 6+, teens, families, and adults. I offer a holistic, trauma-informed approach that supports healing through the mind-body connection. My work is rooted in the belief that each person carries innate wisdom and the capacity for self-healing when given space, safety, and support. I integrate Art Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Brain Synchronization Therapy, Play Therapy, and Somatic-Based practices. My approach is informed by Polyvagal Theory, helping clients regulate their nervous systems and reconnect with a sense of safety and inner balance.
Through creative expression, body awareness, and gentle exploration of the self, I support clients of all ages in processing trauma, building emotional resilience, and reclaiming their sense of agency and wholeness. I believe that healing is rediscovering and reuniting with the parts of ourselves that have been silenced, hurt, or hidden.
I am committed to creating an inclusive and nonjudgmental space where individuals of all gender identities, sexual orientations, and lived experiences feel seen, respected, and supported.
