I support adults and couples navigating interpersonal communication struggles, relationship dynamics and transitions, grief, anxiety, depression, isolation, life transitions, and identity exploration. We’ll work together to deepen your understanding of yourself and your relationships and heal past wounds to open the door to a more enlivened everyday experience.
My approach is friendly yet direct, and I utilize a combination of education, exploration, and reflection to improve wellbeing. My training is through Regis University with additional training in somatic psychotherapy and EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy). Somatic therapy incorporates awareness of body sensations, meditation, and breathing.
I believe everyone has the inner wisdom and strength to create an enriched and fulfilling life. My goal in therapy is to partner with you as you discover this strength, resiliency, and wisdom that will allow you to create a life and relationships that serve you.
