My perspective is grounded in current research regarding the effects of stress on the whole person. Within an environment of acceptance, compassion and curiosity, I help my clients explore and process their experiences in order to gain insight and free themselves from the burdens of unresolved pain.
As an EMDR Trained Therapist, I use EMDR to reprocess and heal the wounds that have contributed to my clients' suffering and experience of feeling "stuck." My practice is influenced by Attachment Theory and Internal Family Systems.
