I have over 20+ years of experience working with adults, adolescents, couples, and their families who are dealing with a variety of behavioral health, alcohol and/or drug use and life issues. I am DOT-qualified Substance Abuse Professional (SAP). My experience has shown me that by changing unhealthy patterns, expressing fears and concerns and taking gentle risks, it is possible to live a satisfying life regardless of what or how long your struggle. I use a combination of techniques depending on issues presented and we will work together on both short- and long-term goals.
I specialize in working with people with mental health issues, substance abuse disorders, anger management, domestic violence, grief/trauma and loss issues, relational family issues. I complete SAP evaluations and follow-up. I am the owner of my Charisma Counseling where we have Anti-Theft and Parenting Classes and drug and alcohol evaluation.
