My therapeutic approach blends existential and humanistic principles with a strong foundation in logotherapy. With a background specializing in grief and trauma, I also address a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, religious and existential crises, as well as relationship and family difficulties.
I work with individuals and couples aged 12 and above, offering a supportive and empathetic environment where healing and growth can flourish. Join us for a 4 week experiential group to learn practical self-compassion and mindfulness practices in a safe and inclusive environment. Through learning tools and connection with others, start to shift how you relate to yourself, others and life's setbacks with more awareness, resilience and kindness. We take U of U, HMHI, Select Health, DMBA, PEHP, EMI, Blue cross insurances. This will be co-facilitated with Courtney Howard, CMHC.
