Are you or a loved one recently diagnosed with ADHD? Searching for support during a difficult time and/or a season of change can be a big deal. I walk alongside clients as they work to transform their most important relationships with loved ones and with themselves. I have a heart for and offer affirming care to all people. I am committed to learning and growing in my care for people in the LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent communities. My specialities are reconnecting parents with their teen and young adult children, treating complex PTSD, and supporting neurodivergent individuals as well as their partners and families.
My training in ADHD is extensive, person-focused, and holistic. I have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Couple & Family Therapy (EFT) and view relationships with attachment lens. With individuals, I utilize and have advanced training in Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) parts work.
I have unconditional positive regard for my clients and enter into each session with humility, hope, and deep compassion. My goal is to meet my clients with gentleness, curiosity, and insight as I help them achieve their therapeutic goals.
