My approach is grounded in client strengths and recognizes the impact of systems on overall wellbeing. In sessions, I use holistic approaches that center your stories and goals for the future. Grounded in trauma-informed approaches, I also use mindfulness and parts work to bring your nervous systems into the healing process.
My empathetic and compassionate care allows clients to better manage and address the root causes of what brings them to therapy. I am LGBTA+ Affirming provider.
