I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and enjoy utilizing this treatment modality in helping clients who desire to heal from trauma and/or various limiting, negative core beliefs about self.
I currently specialize in work with adult women. I consider myself a lifetime learner and strive to provide safe, ethical care to clients. I am a wife and mother and when I am not working, I enjoy time with my family, movies, board games, outdoors, travel, learning about nutrition, and listening to positive, encouraging music.
