I believe that good therapy can provide a renewed sense of hope and purpose in today’s world. I am passionate about helping people make positive, meaningful changes in their lives. I provide a safe and empowering space as I listen to your story and then together we create the path that leads to improved self-love, acceptance, healing, contentment, and purposeful living. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and enjoy utilizing this treatment modality in helping clients who desire to heal from trauma and/or various limiting, negative core beliefs about self.
I currently specialize in work with adult women. I consider myself a lifetime learner and strive to provide safe, ethical care to clients. I am a wife and mother and when I am not working, I enjoy time with my family, movies, board games, outdoors, travel, learning about nutrition, and listening to positive, encouraging music.

Faith Crisis Women's Therapy Group May 2025
Women's Faith Crisis Therapy Group starting mid-May on Tuesday evenings. Intended for women who might feel lost, uncertain, or questioning long-held religious beliefs. Group discussions centered on individual experiences and paths forward! Group will be co-facilitated with an intern who is experienced in faith transition.
