Life is like a rucksack filled with life events; I want to help you unload your rucksack. As a therapist my goal is to help you get to where you want to be. My commitment is to walk beside you and guide you through not only your toughest days but your best days as well. I believe no one should be judged for their worst day. My passion is to work with the teenagers as well as with Veterans. I provide telehealth services in both Iowa and Missouri.
I am Master Certified in ART. I am DBT certified for adolescents as well as tele-health to assist clients with emotional regulation. I am certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy, a therapy that is heavily utilized in the VA to help Veterans with trauma.
I am ready to walk the walk with you, and to assist you in this chaotic journey that we call life.
