As a military veteran and Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Missouri, Iowa and Oklahoma. I understand the unique challenges that first responders, military personnel, and veterans face daily. The weight of trauma, high-pressure environments, and the toll on mental health can be overwhelming—but you don’t have to navigate it alone.
I specialize in working with active-duty military, veterans, police officers, firefighters, EMS, and other first responders who experience PTSD, anxiety, depression, operational stress, and burnout.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) – Developing emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness to manage stress and trauma responses.
Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) – A cutting-edge, eye-movement-based therapy that quickly reduces distress from traumatic memories without requiring detailed re-exposure, in little as 1 session.
My approach is practical, solution-focused, and grounded in trust and respect. I know that seeking help can feel like a challenge in itself, but therapy isn’t about weakness—it’s about resilience. Together, we’ll work toward healing, clarity, and restoring a sense of control in your life. I offer both in-person and virtual therapy sessions to accommodate you
