Together, we’ll identify your goals, whether you're facing burnout or lack of inspiration in your career, relationship challenges, trauma, depression, anxiety, stress, or a spiritual crisis. I work with individuals and couples using Internal Family Systems and parts work to help you reconnect with and heal unseen parts of yourself. I provide a warm, compassionate space to explore your inner world, rediscover your authentic self, and move toward personal growth and lasting healing.
As a trauma-informed therapist, I specialize in healing developmental and complex trauma, anxiety, depression, and stress, using a holistic approach that includes somatic therapy, mindfulness, attachment theory, DBT, and transpersonal therapy. I also support individuals facing challenges like PTSD and difficult relationship dynamics.
