Bridget is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in individual, couple, and family therapy. As a graduate of The Family Institute at Northwestern University Bridget earned a Master of Science in Marital and Family Therapy and received extensive clinical training at the Family Institute’s Bette D. Harris Family and Child Clinic. She is currently serving as a practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. Among her areas of interest are women's issues, couples, sexual relationship therapy, young adults, life transitions, self-esteem, communication, and first time parents.
Bridget is an interactive, strength-based therapist with experience working in residential treatment, PHP/IOP, group homes, and outpatient private practice. Her therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges.
She integrates complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, Bridget works with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
