I am a counselor that enjoys practicing from a holistic perspective, focusing on women’s physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being and not just their symptoms. I am passionate about helping young women (ages 16-40) explore deeper into their problems and stressors to feel more empowered, build trust in themselves and gain more insight and clarity. My true focus is creating an open and non-judgmental space for you to be able to breathe and feel safe.
I enjoy helping women increase self awareness, process stressors, cultivate healthy relationships, set boundaries, learn to cope with burn out, decrease perfectionist tendencies and to feel overall more confident and secure in who they are. I have knowledge and experience working with introversion, attachment styles, and HSP's (Highly Sensitive Person).
