Hello! I am a licensed clinical social worker. I have an extensive background in child welfare and working with families who have experienced abuse and neglect, court issues, and grief/end-of-life planning. If you are experiencing chronic stress and anxiety, often feeling overwhelmed by daily responsibilities and life’s unpredictability. If you are struggling with unhealthy habits, such as poor time management, procrastination, or self-sabotaging behaviors, or facing difficulties with emotional regulation, such as mood swings, low self-esteem, or relationship conflicts, I would be interested in helping work through those issues.
