I use a client-centered method, working with you to build a therapeutic relationship and treatment plan that truly fits your needs. My specialty lies in supporting women who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, low self-worth, people-pleasing, relationship issues, co-dependency, loss of sense of self, difficulty with healthy boundaries and communication issues. Each client comes with a unique set of experiences, and I am committed to honoring that individuality in our work together.
To ensure your therapy is as effective and personalized as possible, I employ a multi-modal approach. This means that I draw from a range of therapeutic techniques and modalities, including Art Therapy, Client-Centered Approach, Trauma-Informed care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, and Psycho-education.
My goal is to provide a safe and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, gain insights, and work toward meaningful change.
