About
You are your own unique person. You know how think for yourself, and you're looking for a therapist who can be real with you. I offer warmth, honesty and authentic human connection. I also offer methods of therapy that start to work quickly...no need to wait months to notice a difference. You deserve to have a rich, fulfilling, meaningful life, and I believe you can achieve it. You are stronger than you can possibly imagine. I'd love to work with you on achieving you goals for health and well-being.
I work with clients who are facing depression, anxiety, complex PTSD and dissociation. They experience a greater sense of stability, calm and inner resiliency. Those who have endured traumatic events are no longer troubled by distressing memories.
I use a combination of traditional talk therapy and Somatic Experiencing, a gentle method of body-oriented therapy that supports a natural release of stress. This creates an overall feeling calm, even in people who find relaxation exercises difficult. Go ahead. Call. You'll thank yourself.
