I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and my therapeutic approach is client-centered, compassionate and empowering. I focus on creating a positive and collaborative space where clients feel comfortable being themselves. While therapy often involves discussing difficult experiences, I also believe in the importance of balance, hope and humor. I use warmth and lightheartedness to help clients feel at ease and remind them that healing can coexist with moments of laughter and positivity. Together, we identify strengths, develop coping skills, and create meaningful goals that support emotional well-being and personal growth.
Starting therapy can feel daunting, so our first session is entirely focused on making you feel comfortable and heard. We will gently explore what you're experiencing, discuss your goals, and begin building a warm, collaborative relationship. You don’t need to prepare anything, just show up as you are, and we will map out the next steps together.

I am committed to helping clients regain a sense of confidence, empowerment and control in their lives.
