I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Registered Child Parent Psychotherapist with 10 years experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, PTSD, PPD/A, traumatic births and disability, trouble adjusting to changes and loss, and helping to process and shape impactful experiences. I've been able to facilitate healing from trauma, support navigating parenthood, inspire self expression, light motivation to make change, and witness clients embody renewed confidence.
