I strive to facilitate change and foster hope within my clients by making them feel safe, accepted, and understood.
My experience involves a wide range of presenting issues, including anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, and self-harm. I can also assist with attachment, family dynamics, risky behaviors, trauma, bullying, self-esteem, divorce, and grief.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from various theoretical orientations, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and mindfulness.
I work with adolescents and young adults (ages 13-27) in individual outpatient, IOP and, group counseling.
I also work with with caregivers to support a child’s individual success and improve the functioning of the family unit. Moreover, I can provide consultations for effective co-parenting within a separation or divorce context.
I provide 15 minute free consultations to determine if I am the right fit for you or your child.
