As the client, you are the expert of your life and your experiences. As a counselor, I am here to help untangle the parts of your life which may feel cluttered or distressing. I aim to acknowledge past experiences, present stressors, and concern for the future.
I work to create a safe and empathic place for us to explore what may be getting in the way of you seeing your full potential. Part of creating that safe space involves explicitly welcoming all individuals regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, and/or sexual orientation. I am a queer identifying and LGBTQIA+ affirmative therapist.
In other words, I am ready to help you explore any issues which may involve your gender identity and/or sexuality with validation and nonjudgmental care.
