Hello, I'm Bridget. I believe in the power of the creative arts to assist clients in gaining insight and new perspectives to facilitate personal growth and transformation. As a counselor, art therapist, and group therapy facilitator, I use a client-centered method, working with you to build a therapeutic relationship and treatment plan that truly fits your needs. I have had the privilege of working with a variety of clients across different ages and experiences, but my specialty lies in supporting women who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-worth, identity issues, and boundary and communication

This means that I draw from a range of therapeutic techniques and modalities, including Art Therapy, Client-Centered Approach, Trauma-Informed care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, and Psycho-education. Together, we will create an individualized treatment plan that meets your specific needs and goals.
