I am a New York City-based licensed therapist specializing in the treatment of trauma and anxiety. I’m an experienced provider of CBT, insight-oriented mindfulness-based counseling, and affirmative counseling for the LGBTQ+ community. I also use brainspotting therapy to help my clients process past trauma in an efficient and lasting way.
In session I offer education, a compassionate space for emotional process, and tangible coping strategies tailored to your unique needs. I help you set boundaries and practice communicating assertively. I am also here to discuss general thoughts about your week! Your comfort is most important and I'm happy to work with whatever you bring to our sessions.
