I have over 22 years of experience and enjoy working with teens and adults and provide individual and family therapy. I provide a safe, supportive, confidential and trusting environment that allows you to express, explore or gain desired insight into yourself, others or relationships or what your personal identified therapy journey may entail.
I work primarily with individuals in the areas of: anxiety, depression, perinatal, postpartum, mood disorders, grief and loss, parenting stress, family changes, social struggles, adjustment difficulties, stress, relationship difficulties, midlife changes, including perimenopause and menopause, self-esteem, self-worth, and other various areas of focus.
