About
Life is full of challenges both large and small. Sometimes, we need the help of someone else to face these challenges. I want to work with you to help you overcome life's ups and downs by setting goals, using a wide variety of techniques, communicating openly and honestly with each other and adding in a good sense of humor. The relationship with your therapist needs to feel safe and warm so that you can talk openly and achieve your goals. I have experience in many different settings including inpatient, crisis management and outpatient services. I enjoy working with children, young adults and adults alike.
I have experience in a variety of treatment techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and Solution Focused Therapy. Most importantly, I want to work with you and your strengths so that together we can make things better and have you leave my office feeling relieved.
Please feel free to contact me for a free phone consultation. I believe that together we can have you leaving my office feeling relieved. I look forward to working with you to help you achieve your goals!
