Groups
Women's ADHD Group
This group supports women with ADHD in exploring how their symptoms uniquely show up across areas like time management, emotional regulation, self-esteem, and relationships. We’ll discuss challenges such as executive dysfunction, rejection sensitivity, masking, and overwhelm, while also looking at how hormonal shifts, people-pleasing, and perfectionism impact functioning. Sessions will include strategies for planning, motivation, boundaries, and self-compassion. Together, we’ll create a space to unmask, connect, and build ADHD-friendly tools for navigating life with greater clarity, confidence, and authenticity.
