My passion as a Mental Health Counselor has been and continues to be the ability to work with individuals of all ages and backgrounds as well as their families. Assisting my clients learn how to manage their stressors, gaining insight into their thoughts and behaviors and enhancing their emotions and bonds with their supportive networks. Inner beliefs, past experiences, and unhealthy relationships are often a central issue we face in learning to live as our whole selves, fully accepted and fully loved.
My true passion is found in the expression of my clinical expertise in providing evidence-based therapy, with an eclectic approach, and the bond and rapport that naturally develops with my clients during the therapeutic process. My approach is person-centered, and my experience allows me to work with cases that can be quite complex.
I believe in creating a space where we can have difficult conversations, work on resolving issues and collaborate on treatment that is tailored to your personal needs and experiences.
