Some things in life just hurt. Most of the time, we don’t have the luxury to just press pause and heal. Life and its demands can pile up, leaving us feeling frustrated and broken. I specialize in helping clients learn practical skills to provide relief and support in getting through day-to-day challenges while digging deeper to heal unattended grief.
My goal is for clients to build a stronger, more resilient foundation for the future. I use an integrative approach to counseling, combining evidence-based practices with mindfulness, creativity, exploration of life satisfaction and nature-based therapies to best meet client needs.
I currently work with adolescents and adults. I’d love to connect with you for a brief chat to answer any questions you have about the counseling process or working with me in person or online.
