I am an Art Psychotherapist in the Greater Philadelphia area of Pennsylvania. I have experience helping children and adults navigate peer relationships, anxiety, bereavement, post-traumatic stress, social skills, and self-awareness. I meet people where they are on their personal path. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Integrative Arts from Pennsylvania State University, where I focused on Psychology and Fine Art. I completed my Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Art Therapy from Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
I enjoy creating individual therapeutic experiences by combining the arts with person-centered and trauma-informed, cultural-relational, cognitive-behavioral, strengths-based, mindfulness-based, and humanistic approaches.
