I am passionate about fostering the therapeutic relationship to set a foundation towards growth. My approach is client-centered, and I consider each person’s life circumstances as we work together. My clients tend to enter therapy to address issues related to self-esteem, anxiety, chronic PTSD, general life transitions, and women’s issues. We will work well together if you prefer a therapist that meets you where you’re at, utilizes humor where appropriate, and regularly checks in with progress.
I have over six years of experience in the mental health field with training in couples and family systems, adolescent issues, and crisis intervention. Most recently, I have shifted my focus towards individual therapy that utilizes an integration of approaches, such as EMDR, ACT, CBT, DBT, etc., depending on your unique needs and preferences.
I prioritize bringing a steady, grounded presence to my work, fostering trust and openness in the therapeutic relationship. My goal is to offer a calm and compassionate presence, creating a space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported in their healing.
