If you're struggling with an eating disorder or trauma, you may feel caught in a pattern that once helped you survive, but now leaves you feeling overwhelmed, isolated, or disconnected. I specialize in treating eating disorders and attachment-related trauma. Together, we'll explore these patterns with curiosity and compassion while building new ways to find safety, connection, and healing. I have pursued advanced training in eating disorders and am an Inclusive Eating Disorder Specialist (IEDS), and am fully trained in EMDR.
My work is person-centered, relational, and attachment-focused. I integrate EMDR, ACT, DBT, RO-DBT, parts work, psychodynamic, and polyvagal-informed interventions. My practice is inclusive, anti-diet, and grounded in Health at Every Size (HAES), providing affirming care for people of all body sizes.
Many people I work with worry they're "too much," "not enough," or beyond help. I don't believe that. My hope is to offer a space where you feel truly seen, understood, and accepted. Together, we'll move toward a life guided by connection, authenticity, and your values rather than fear.
