It takes immense courage to desert that notion and start sharing. Welcome to Gentle Growth Therapy, I'm so glad you're here; my name is Bridget Appleby, and I am privileged to offer trauma therapy. I help survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence, adverse life events, and those who suffer from OCD, panic, dissociation, and depression. I specialize in Women's Issues, Anxiety, and Trauma. As my foundation, I offer unconditional positive regard, genuineness, and warmth to my clients. I utilize IFS, Gestalt, and mindful self-compassion techniques.
