I strongly believe that therapy is not a "one size fits all" approach. My ultimate goal is to get my clients into a space where they feel they can be their truest and most authentic selves. I take a cognitive behavioral approach and aim to focus on the client and their needs. What I can offer is empathy, authenticity, a judgement free space, and guidance.
