Children, Families, Adults, no matter what path you took, you are welcome here. I am a Healdsburg therapist, supervisor, & trainer running a group practice with clinicians who have been master teachers, yoga instructors, school psychologists, theatre lovers. Our team provides comprehensive care to support the emotional health & well-being of clients of all ages. Searching for help can be a difficult task, & finding someone whom you feel comfortable with can be even harder. We offer a safe place, listening ear, & confidential atmosphere. We guide you through healing from the past, grounding in present, & setting goals for the future.
With Master's level education, licensure, certification in specialization with children and families, and ongoing certifications in over ten evidence-based models of care, as a practitioner and supervisor I provide exceptional service with sound clinical judgment. With my experience in multiple settings and levels of care, you are in competent hands.
It’s been a very difficult time for all of us- as a collective whole we have experienced trauma. Know that you are not alone. The way I look at therapy is that it is part of a self-care routine- eating healthy, work-life balance, & therapy. We have staff to answer your calls, and are booking same week appointments both in person and remotely.
